At amezon.lk, we value our customers and strive to provide the best shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand the process.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return a product if:
✔️ The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
✔️ The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
✔️ The return request is made within  7 or 14 days from the delivery date.

❌ Personal care products (e.g., cosmetics, skincare)
❌ Digital products or software downloads
❌ Customized or personalized items
❌ Gift cards or vouchers

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Email us at support@amezon.lk with your order details and reason for return.
Attach clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect).
2️⃣ Approval & Return Shipping

Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
If approved, we will provide the return shipping address and instructions.
The product must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
3️⃣ Inspection & Refund Processing

Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it.
If eligible, we will process the refund within 5-10 business days.
3. Refund Policy
1️⃣ Refund Methods:

Refunds will be issued via [Original Payment Method / Store Credit / Bank Transfer].
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided as store credit or bank transfer (bank details must be provided).
2️⃣ Refund Processing Time:

Bank refunds: 5-10 business days
Credit/Debit card refunds: 7-14 business days (subject to bank policies)
Store credit: Instant once approved
3️⃣ Shipping Fees:

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
If returned for personal reasons (change of mind), the buyer must bear the return shipping cost.
4. Exchange Policy
1️⃣ Want a Replacement?
If you received a damaged or defective item, we offer a free replacement instead of a refund. Follow the return process, and once approved, we will send a new product at no extra cost.

5. Cancellation Policy
1️⃣Order Cancellation:

You can cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us at support@amezon.lk.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the stated period, please:
✔️ Check your bank account or payment method.
✔️ Contact your bank or card provider (refunds may take time to reflect).
